Installation of the app

Here, you’ll find instructions to download and install MEDomicsLab for your specific operating system.

Please contact us if you face any issue during the installation.

Windows

MEDomicsLab installation on Windows guide

The application was tested on Windows 10 and 11.

Select a release and download the .exe file here.

Run the .exe file and the application should be installed automatically.

Ubuntu

The application was tested on Ubuntu 20.04 and 22.04.

1. Download the following here:

• Python environment installer for Ubuntu(*-ubuntu.zip)

• MEDomicsLab installer for Ubuntu(*.deb)

2. Unzip the Python environment installer

3. Execute the script create_venv_linux.sh from the extracted folder

4. Run the MEDomicsLab installer (*.deb)

5. There you go! Have fun! 😉

MacOS

MEDomicsLab installation on MacOS guide

The application was tested on Sonoma (14.2) with M1 and M3 chips.

You can find the MEDomicsLab installer for MacOS (.pkg) here.

The MEDomicsLab Application is now installed on your system !
