Installation of the app

We will install the python environment that will be used by the MEDomicsLab application and then run the MEDomicsLab installer.

Windows

The application was tested on Windows 11.

1. Download the following here:

• Python environment installer for Windows (*-win.zip)

• MEDomicsLab installer for Windows (*.exe)

2. Unzip the Python environment installer

3. Execute the *.bat

4. Run the MEDomicsLab installer (*.exe)

5. There you go! Have fun! 😉

Ubuntu

The application was tested on Ubuntu 20.04 and 22.04.

1. Download the following here:

• Python environment installer for Ubuntu(*-ubuntu.zip)

• MEDomicsLab installer for Ubuntu(*.deb)

2. Unzip the Python environment installer

3. Execute the script create_venv_linux.sh from the extracted folder

4. Run the MEDomicsLab installer (*.deb)

5. There you go! Have fun! 😉

MacOS

The application was tested on Sonoma (14.2) with M1 and M3 chips.

1. Download the following here:

• Python environment installer for Linux (*-mac.zip)

• MEDomicsLab installer for MacOS (.dmg)

2. Unzip/Extract the Python environment installer

3. Execute the script create_conda_env_mac.sh from the extracted folder in a Terminal.

4. Run the MEDomicsLab installer (*.dmg) and drag-and-drop the app in your Applications Folder

You need to use the open button from the context menu appearing when control-clicking on the app icon.

5. There you go! Have fun! 😉

The MEDomicsLab Application is now installed on your system !
